I have read many blogs over the past few months and
found them very helpful and insightful for the whole building process. So time
to start writing our own! Hopefully it will help others on…let’s start....
Around April 2014, we have decided to build our new home
where we will have backyards and plenty rooms for our family. Then we start
looking for land and house and land packages. We tried to secure land
in Edmondson Park but didn't have any as we work full time and it was
almost impossible for us to line up there.
One day I and my husband were passing through Georges Fair project and we thought of checking the price and procured and it was the same but was possible to get a land. On their August release we couldn’t secure a land but on their October release we finally got a land to build our dream. We bought our land on 18th October 2014 and our land being registered on 5th December 2014. That was the first step towards our dream.
